JUAN MANUEL MOGARRA is one of the founders and current CEO of iPark.
He began his professional career at Ferrovial Agromán, first as a Production Manager and later as a Site Manager. Subsequently, within the same group, he joined Cintra Aparcamientos as part of the development department, specifically serving as Business Manager.
Due to an internal restructuring, he became part of a pool of project managers at Cintra Concesiones, working on tenders for both parking facilities and highways. After the sale of Cintra Aparcamientos by the Ferrovial Group to the Portuguese Group Emparque, Empark was created, a company where he worked as Business Development Director.
In January 2013, he began an entrepreneurial phase as co-founder and CEO of Estacionamientos Iberpark S.A., a company he left in September 2017 to lead the iPark project, which he continues to direct to this day.

SAMUEL ARRANZ joined the iPark Group as Project Manager in October 2017, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in the summer of 2020.
A Civil Engineer by training, he began his career in the field of civil engineering. After two periods as Production Manager during the construction of a section of the A-15 Madrid–Navarra highway for the Valladolid-based construction company Corporación Llorente S.A. (Collosa S.A.), he joined the team at Estacionamientos Iberpark S.A. in February 2013, a company dedicated to the management of both off-street and on-street parking.
For more than four years as Project Manager at Iberpark, he actively participated in securing public concessions, private contracts, and managing their operations. In October 2017, he left the company to join iPark as Project Manager in the Business Development Department.
After three years of rapid company growth, in August 2020 he took a new step in his career by assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer, a role he continues to hold today.

ENRIQUE POY is a professional with more than 20 years of solid experience in administration, financial management, and human resources.
He began his career at the headhunting company Pullsevi Internacional, working as an accountant and internal quality auditor under ISO 9001 standards. He later continued developing his skills by leading multidisciplinary teams as Financial and Administrative Manager at the Occupational Risk Prevention Service (SPA) Grupo 17 PRL.
During this period, the company doubled in size and launched Grupo 17 Corporación Preventiva, the first private and structured Economic Interest Grouping in the occupational safety sector in Spain, with over 1,200 employees and 90 branches nationwide. Enrique played a key role in its launch as Financial Controller.
In December 2015, he joined the parking sector as Chief Financial Officer of Estacionamientos Iberpark S.A. After a highly productive experience, in October 2017 he became part of the executive team at iPark Estacionamientos y Servicios S.A.U.

RAÚL PEREZ joined iPark in 2024 with a mandate to expand the company’s presence across key markets and optimize its financial structure.
He is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Infrastructure and PPPs from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, bringing over two decades of international experience in infrastructure development, investment, and financing.
Throughout his career, he has held positions across the full value chain of the business, from project engineer and project manager to financial analyst, and subsequently senior investment leadership roles. He began his career at Cintra (Ferrovial Group), later joined Ernst & Young (EY), where he contributed to the launch of the Infrastructure and Structured Finance practice in Spain, and went on to develop a key stage of his career at Sacyr.
At Sacyr, he held senior investment roles for a decade, first as Investment Manager for Europe and Latin America and later as Head of Investments for North America, based in the United States, before joining iPark. Over the course of his career, he has led and assessed investments in countries including the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Portugal, and Spain, among others, closing several billion euros in financing for infrastructure, transport, and energy projects.

BEATRIZ MARTÍNEZ is one of the most recent additions to the iPark project.
She began her professional career at KPMG Audit before joining Dole Food España, a subsidiary of the U.S. multinational leader in the production, transport, packaging, and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables. There, she worked first as an Analyst, then as Head of Administration, and finally as Chief Financial Officer, a position she held for 11 years.
After a change in the company’s ownership, she joined the Terraset Group, a construction firm specializing in foundations and geotechnical solutions, as Director of Consolidation and Reporting. There, she led various projects implementing consolidation, budgeting, and planning tools.
In May 2024, she joined iPark with the challenge of optimizing data production and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

With over 30 years of experience in the parking and mobility sector, AGUSTÍN ESPARDUCER has built his career in software development and digital transformation.
He began his professional journey developing software for the machinery company Mabyc, later working as an analyst-programmer for various consulting firms in Barcelona. His experience in large-scale projects was consolidated at T-Systems, where he participated in key mobility and enforcement initiatives.
His entry into the regulated parking sector came with the founding of Somintec, a company specializing in technological solutions for parking management. Since 2022, he has been part of the iPark team, leading the company’s digital evolution and the development of new tools and mobile applications from the development center in Girona.
