iPark, a benchmark in mobility in Spain and Portugal, is consolidating its leadership as one of the main players in the parking sector on the Iberian Peninsula. In the last year, the entity has managed to increase its parking network by 18% and the number of managed spaces by 12%.
In concrete terms, iPark has gone from managing 55 car parks in 2023 to 65 in 2024, increasing its operational capacity from 28,000 to 31,260 spaces. This growth has been driven by strategic additions in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as in key territories such as the Canary and Balearic Islands.
In Spain, the company has reinforced its presence with key acquisitions. In Palma de Mallorca, it has acquired land for the construction of a car park of over 19,700 m² with capacity for 900 spaces and possibilities for future expansion.
In Granada, iPark added the concession of the "Antiguo Estadio de los Cármenes" car park, with 791 spaces, which is added to the three car parks that iPark already manages in the city. In addition, it incorporated the Arcco Amara car park in San Sebastián, with 230 spaces, marking its entry into this city.
For its part, in Portugal, the company expanded its presence with two key operations: the Cais de Gaia car park and the opening of the Bonjardim car park in Porto. The latter, inaugurated in November 2024, registered 13,073 vehicles in its first month, reflecting the high demand for infrastructure in the city center.

Sustainable mobility and innovation, a growing commitment
In 2024, iPark has reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability, technological innovation, and excellence in customer service, reaching a total of 170 operational chargers for electric vehicles in its network. With a view to 2025, the company plans the installation of at least 137 new charging points, consolidating its contribution to cleaner and more efficient mobility. These initiatives seek not only to reduce carbon emissions but also to encourage the use of sustainable and responsible technologies.
Currently, more than 35 million registered vehicles circulate in Spain, while in Portugal the figure exceeds 6 million. Both countries registered a record number of registrations in 2024, with more than one million new vehicles in Spain and close to 200,000 in Portugal. Among them, electrified vehicles continue to gain ground, especially in Portugal, where government aid has boosted their adoption. However, charging infrastructure remains a challenge, and iPark is determined to lead this area.

In the last year, iPark has exceeded 5 million euros in sales through its web channel, driven by the offer of “Travel” and “City” car parks. Furthermore, its mobile application, iParkCity, developed internally, has consolidated itself as a key strategic element. This tool allows users to manage regulated on-street parking, make long-stay reservations, and access car parks using license plate recognition, all automatically.
